Lindsay Refuses to Leave Jail Until She Gets Hair Done

Few celebrities serve all the time they get. Though it's only day 9 of a 90-day term, it seems Lindsay's no exception.

In the clearest sign yet that Lindsay Lohan will get out of jail this week, several top stylists as well as hair and makeup people that Lindsay loves in Los Angeles have been put on call from midnight on Thursday through the entire weekend.

"A corrections officer source explains that it is the jail, not Lindsay, that decides what time and date she will be released."

"Everyone who works at that jail hates the press. They don't want to be bothered with all this nonsense and want to rid themselves of Lindsay as quickly as possible."

"Once Lindsay is told she is free, it will take her around two hours to be processed. It is at this point her glam squad has its work cut out for them."

She'd look alright without the make-up `if` she'ld lose the botox.

Glad she's getting out.

Now that is a very interesting view...perhaps...you could show us some stats...a chart...wait a sec...

The Real Cost of Prisons Weblog: IA: " I mean, you can't build enough ...

... its overflowing jail population. Some ... that will keep them away from drugs. When they complete the program and get out of jail ... treatment beds, up to 284 in all. By helping people get ...

    Note to self...do not agree...

Yes, excuse me, Samoore4 is not an idiot..Samoore4 has seen the results of someone having complete and total disregard for another human being by drinking and driving. If that makes me an idiot, well then, so be it.

      Samoore4,

Samoore4 has seen the results of someone having complete and total disregard for another human being by drinking and driving.

If that is the reason you feel Lohan should spend the whole 90 in jail, you should have said so. Not "... and so on"

I was just pointing out to LMana that calling you and "idiot" is a CoH violation (perhaps I should have said that)

Nonetheless, jbdaad post some interesting links which points out the real crux of he drug problem in this country.

We spend way too much money on punishing drug use, and not hardly enough money on deterring drug use. Americans keep asking for stiffer penalties, building more jails and hiring more Corrections Officers. In short Corrections in America has become a growth industry.

If, in the unlikely event, law enforcement were to actually start winning the "war on drugs", what would we do with all those empty jails? And all those unnecessary CO's?

We need to start building rehab centers not jails, and training Drug Counselors, not Correction Officers. Also, we need to stop treating celebrities like celebrities, and start treating them like offenders when they f*ck up. Showing young people that you can get away off lightly if your a "celeb", sets a bad example, and is not exactly a "deterrent" to drug and alcohol abuse.
