FROM CNN's Jack Cafferty:

While her attorneys are aware how hated she is, Casey Anthony may not fully understand that until she gets out. While she's been sitting in a jail cell, she has become a celebrity of sorts, getting letters of support and cash from all over the country.

ABC News reports Anthony has nearly $500 in her jailhouse bank account. The money has come in from at least 17 donors since May, mostly from men.

What a surprise.

Did the Casey Anthony trial alter your view of the criminal justice system?

No, I didn't have a very good opinion of the American criminal justice system before, and this trial did nothing to change that opinion.

No and what I can't understand how many people believe she was guilty just because of the media and will not let it go after she was proven not guilty.

Now if that was their daughter would they be acting the same way, we have to many people in this country who do not know this person or her child who believe they should have a say in this case.

Maybe the people should get a life and stay out of someone else life, now a illegals can kill and rape a child and the same people would be saying let him go for all he was trying to do it get a better life for his family.

People like to get on band wagons so they can belong, but they wasn't the jurors and hear all the information so how can they decide what should of happen to her. Idiots do not want to hear the hold truth for they just want to be right.

How many more time are people going to keep writing about this trying to tear this women life apart even more. As for being a whore every marry women in this world is a whore than sense they take gift from their husband.

Not at all. Although I feel personally she was guilty, by the LAW the Jury came back with the right verdict. But in the end, i'm with you Jer'. I don't have a high opinion of the system anyways, But in this particular case, the system actually worked.

But in this particular case, the system actually worked.

I disagree, it may have worked if the prosecutor brought the proper charges against her. Going for 1st degree murder was foolish, they should have know that would be a hard case to prove. IMO, they should have gone for criminally negligent homicide. That way they only had to prove she was responsible for the babys' death, not that she murdered her with pre-med.

We're not debating that. The prosecutor definately @!$%#ed up charging her with 1st Degree. But with the charges filed, the System did work according to the way it should. The State isn't the System. The Process and Law is. In this case, like it or not, the System worked according to plan.

No. The prosecutor did a terrible job in proving Anthony was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. No one can be found guilty simply because they are thought to be guilty, it must be proved. In this case guilt was not proved. Jerry I don't have a good opinion of the American Justice system either.
