Remeber Van Jones, the President Obama's "green energy czar," from the early days of the administration? He's the one who resigned after Glenn Beck and others exposed a video of him calling Republicans "@!$%#s,"  and his dabbling in 9/11 conspiracy theories.

Well, according to Politico, he's back.

Anyone who calls Republicans "@!$%#s" is ok in my book.

But the last thing the Democrats need is a Left Wing version of the Tea Party. The Right Wing version has done nothing but damage the Republican Party.

He is a typical liberal chances are he will fall on his face again. He will probably find a couple dozen left wing loonies to sucker money from but that is about all he will achieve.

Last I heard,Van Jones was not disgraced at all. He was smeared, like 'Acorn', into bowing out of the President's lime-light. I think Herman, U-beky-beky-stan-stan, Cain; borrowed Clarence Thomas' tern; HIGHTECH LYNCHING, to describe the technique...

The real disgrace here, is that the Right Wing, that Vast Right Wing Conspiracy, has made an artform of this injustice. Remember Ms Shirley Sherrod.. indeed; Remember Jesus Christ...the 'Pagans' have been doing this for a long time already.

".....that Vast Right Wing Conspiracy, has made an artform of this injustice."

There is no conspiracy, they just all think that way. And they're not unjust, they're just mean to the core.

I don't have a problem with his calling Republicans "@!$%#s." I make the same statement, only I qualify it - I only think the Republican leadership are @!$%#s. Well, actually, I think they are corrupt to the core and are willing to do anything (meaning buy it) to keep them and their ideology in power - up to and including feeding crap to a very gullible constituency.

Our problem is that we are content to be fed 30 second sound bites so we don't have to think too hard, don't have to sort out statements that make no sense, it's all so easy that way.

While I don't think we should have a left wing version of the Tea Party, I do wish some Democrats would get much more tough!

Like the President for instance?

What the Democrats lack in "tough", they make up in "smart". (Smart usually wins)

Why do I get the feelings that he is kinder in his description of the current Republican party than I am?
