The newspaper cited a source with knowledge of the situation. The interview will be taped at Armstrong's home in Austin, Texas, and air on Winfrey's OWN network at 9 p.m. ET on Jan. 17.
An attorney representing Armstrong had not responded to USA Today's request for comment as of late Friday night.
According to a release posted on Oprah's website on Tuesday, this will be the first interview with Armstrong since his athletic career crumbled under the weight of USADA's report.
